One if disqualified governorship aspirants, Prince Mona Mustapha Audu, has dragged the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomole and the party to court.
Prince Audu is seeking a restraining order stopping the APC from holding the ongoing governorship congress in Kogi state.
In a suit filed at a Lokoja High Court, in a motion on notice, Prince Audu equally sought to restrain the INEC from continuing with the conduct of the APC primaries.
