Governor Bello @ Three; Kogi State NYCN Coordinators Forum Celebrates

Forum of coordinators of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN)in Kogi State, has expressed delight for witnessing the impacting and purposeful leadership of the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello whose administration just clock three years in office.

This was contain in a statement congratulating the Government and people of the state made available to newsmen in Lokoja by the chairman of the forum and coordinator for Lokoja Local Government Area, Comrade Abdullahi Adamu.

The statement described the Governor as a youth of destiny dedicated to impacting his generation positively, stressing that the last one year has been a remarkable period for the people of Kogi State.

“As a forum, coordinators in the twenty-one Local Government Areas of Kogi State are proud to associate with the dynamic and purposeful leadership style of Governor Yahaya Bello. He has proven, with his leadership style that Nigerian youth has necessary skills to give this nation the right lift if given the opportunity.”

The forum therefore noted that Kogi youths have never had it so good since the creation of the state in 1991, saying it was the first administration to have a pro-youth government where the most active segment of the population have their energies being properly utilised.

In a similar vein, the forum has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon Edward Onoja for his sterling roles in steering the ship of the new direction agenda of Governor Bello.

It also congratulated the state commissioner for youths and sports development, Hon Salisu Sani Ogu and other appointees of government and prayed the Almighty God to give them needed wisdom to continue to pilot the affairs of the state.

It used the occasion to call on youths in Kogi State to use their energy positively and avoid any form vices capable of disturbing public peace especially as the elections draw near.
