Fresh Angle Editor’s Mother, Grace Okotie Goes Home July 21

The remains of renowned Warri based educationist and mother of Ebule Anthony Metsese, Editor-in-Chief of Fresh Angle International Newspaper, late Deaconess Grace Okotie will be interred at her country home in Koko, Warri North Local Government Area in Delta State on Saturday July 21.

According to a statement signed by Broderick Utienyin Okotie for the Okotie family and Mr. Julius Otiri, eldest child of late Elder Grace Okotie, activities for the funeral ceremony will commence Wednesday July 18 with service of songs at Ugbori road by the transformer near Olu Palace Warri.

The statement noted that on Saturday July 21, the remains of late Grace Okotie will leave Veneel Hospital Mortuary by 7:30 am for a brief stop-over at her residence by Orugboh Lane, Ugbori -Warri enroute her hometown, Koko in Warri North Local Government Area.

The corpse is expected to arrive her family compound, Nana Palace Road, Koko by 9:30 am before the commencement of church service at Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Chapel of Glory Model Parish, opposite Santos Hotel, Korobe Road, Koko by 10:00am.

Remains of the departed late Grace Okotie will be interred at her private residence in Koko, before reception will follow at Iwere College, Koko.

There will also be outing service at RCCG Recharge Model Parish, Okere Road Warri by 8:00am Sunday July 22.

She is survived by seven children, including immediate past PDP Women Leader of Ugbori -Ekurede Itsekiri Ward in Warri South Local Government Area, Mrs. Toju Aziz, 18 grandchildren, a great grandchild and many family relations.
