Former Lawmaker, Idris King Laud President Buhari, Gov. Bello on Security, Fight Against Corruption

A former House of Representatives member representing Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency, Abdulaziz Idris King has commended Governor Yahaya Bello and President Mohammadu Buhari for keeping the promise made to the electorate during their campaign in 2015, particularly in fight against insurgency and corruption.
Honorable King gave the commendation in a chat with newsmen in Lokoja the Kogi state capital over the weekend, while appraising the performance of Yahaya Bello in the last three years in the saddle.
He praised the governor for the ongoing roads construction across the state, provision of vehicles to security operatives, rehabilitation and reticulation of water amongst others.
“The Governor has done well by putting in place all necessary measures to make the state safe  for all without fear of being killed or rob by unscrupulous elements in the society,” he said.
He said the governor has put smile on the face of the common man on  the streets,  stressing  the need  for all to join hands with the present administration “under the able leadership of our digital governor to move the state to the next level of development” .
He also praised President Mohammadu Buhari for returning the country to its  former glory for the fight against corruption and insurgency in the north east that has given many of the  citizens sleepless night before the inauguration of the present administration.
“The president must be commended for his ability to make rail line, roads, agricultural innovation and other too numerous to mention.”
Honorable King urge all Nigerians to support the president second term project in order to place the country in a better position.
He equally  seized the opportunity to call on all Kogites to support the governor’s  second term project so as to transform the state to a place where peace and development is the hallmark.
