Ex-KOMSA Official Urge Kogi Medical Students to Get PVC

The former national vice president of Kogi State Medical Students Association (KOMSA), Comrade Onoja Emmanuel has charged all Kogi-born medical students all over the country to take part in the on going voters registration exercise at various registration centers close to them.

Speaking to news men in Lokoja today, Onoja said this became necessary as the youths are no longer leaders of tomorrow but leaders of today.

He called on youths to stop complaining and take action by exercising their civic responsibility through voting in competent leaders and even taking part in politics.

He commended Governor Yahaya Bello for giving the health sector in the state top priority attention, saying health care service delivery as experienced massive improvements and is worth commending the governor for.

While commending Governor Bello for signing the Kogi State Medical Students Bond into law, Onoja posited that the bond will go along way in restructuring the health sector for quality health care services in the nearest future.

“I commend the honorable commissioner for health, Dr Saka Haruna Audu and the Special Adviser to the governor on health matters, Dr Attah Ahmed Jacob for their commitment, steadfastness and hard work which as gone a long way in transforming the state health sector into one of the best in the country,” he said.
