The Administrator of Okene Local Government, Mallam Abdulrazaq Muhammad has described the appointment of the former Special Adviser to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Engr. Abubakar Ohere as the Honourable Commissioner in charge of the same ministry as a reward for his competency, hardwork and unequalled loyalty to the new direction government under the leadership Gov. Yahaya Bello.
He said Ohere’s pragmatic leadership, administrative experience and political capacity have in no small measures contributed to the successes of Gov. Yahaya Bello’s administration as he has intelligently managed both human and material resources to transform the ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to an enviable height within a short period of time.
The Council boss, in a congratulatory message, described Ohere as a pillar of the government, a philanthropist, the grassroot commander and a game changer whose political veracity are unique and exclusive and his passion for success in a given assignment can never be over emphasized.
“He is a committed member of the direction family, a leader per excellency and a humble boss that lead with example.
“Now as the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, I have no doubt that you will continue to soar higher in the ocean of success and with achievements,” he said.
