Dr. Muyi Aina on Friday officially presented a 40kva Mikano sound-proof generator to Egbe campus of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) for its effective take off.

One of the most popular and beneficial ways to positively impact your community is through giving back. You can give away items, services, or time to your community. You can also give money to a charity or cause you to believe in it. These small acts of kindness will make a difference and spread positive emotions.

This is the case of a former Kogi West senatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Muyi Aina, a humanitarian per excellence who on Friday handed over a 40kva sound-proof generator donated to Open University, Egbe, Kogi State as a way to enhance learning and administrative activities and to ensure the smooth running of the Egbe campus of the Open University.

In his key note address, Oba Ayodele Irukera, the Elegbe of Egbe, the Ajaamato II and the Chairman Yagba west traditional council, commended Dr Muyi Aina for the gesture and pronounced a royal blessing on him.

“He said Dr. Aina is a shinning star and his star shall not go dim. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.

“Dr Muyi Aina has boldly written his name in gold for his outstanding contributions to human capital and community development.

“He is indeed a silent achiever and a great humanitarian who have the interest of his people at heart,” he said.

Several prayers were showered on him by the clergymen, women and traditional chiefs.

The programme was colourful and well attended.
