The Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) has charged members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to be vigilant and be security-conscious as they carried out their ad hoc duties during the Saturday election.
The Director-General of the Prince Abubakar Audu campaign organisation, Mr Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims stated this in Lokoja on Wednesday. He said the call became necessary to ensure free, fair and credible poll in the state.
He also urged the security agencies to play their constitutional role of securing life and property without partiality or political consideration.
