David Zacharias Condoles Ahmed Attah Over Death of His Father, Pa Akwuga

The member representing Idah Federal Constituency of Kogi State at the House of Representatives, Hon David Idris Zacharias, has expressed grief over the death of the father of the Kogi East Zonal Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed Attah, Pa Attah Akwuga.

PA Akwuga died on Sunday while treating a protracted ailment in Anyigba, Kogi State.

Zacharias in a condolence message by his Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Jeremiah Ocheme, said he stands with the Akwuga family in this trying times, as their father had lived years of fulfillment and dedication to his job as a hunter and transporter, for which he trained his children to the level they are.

The lawmaker described the deceased who though, with no serious western education, used his local intelligence in piloting the affairs of his family, contributing to the unity and development of his community with the inspiration his life style has provided for many politicians who are making impact in the society, especial his son Ahmed Attah, the zonal chairman of the APC, Kogi East.

“As a driver, baba was known to be an honest, faithful and respected man who related with his customers with decorum. His hunting vocation made him very popular among his contemporaries and he was proud of what he did.”

Zacharias prayed to Allah to grant the Zonal Chairman, his family and close associates, the fortitude to bear the loss of his father, urging him to see that death an “irreparable loss that must be accepted as God-ordained.”

He equally prayed Allah to grant peace to departed soul that God’s perpetual light would continue to shine on his soul.
