2025 Children’s Day Celebration: Wuraola Gold Foundation Charges Stakeholders to Breed Solution Providers for Succeeding Generations
To underscore their importance in every society, the children’s group remain one of our catchment areas as justified by the engagements held so far to celebrate their uniqueness–and resound the societal expectations of them as the leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, in accordance with the age-long UN resolution recommending the establishment of Universal Children’s Day that has since been in practice, and marked annually by many countries despite the variance in date, we wish to use this medium to extend our heartfelt wishes to OUR DEAR CHILDREN, and to also in solidarity extend appreciation to all stakeholders that shares in the noble commitment of raising our next generation of Solutuion Providers.
As a corporate team with specialization in humanitarian services and community development anchored on profound commitment in working unwearyingly at both immediate instances since establishment, and also in partnership with related entities through collaborate efforts, we are pleased to rely on the significance of this day to restate our commitment at promoting and ensuring unreserved implentation of our core values—-which has ultimately been geared towards ensuring improvement in the living condition of children particularly, and largely the vulnerable people amongst us in the society.
The theme for year 2025 commemoration which is “Little Footsteps, Big Future”, underscores the hard work required for the process of every child’s growth through stages and experiences of life, and further brings to mind the essential roles needed and expected to be played by Parents, Guardians, and Community Leaders; not minding the challenges being recorded across Nations in the efforts at instituting and ensure sustainability of Policies, Programs and Initiatives to protect and empower children, we are thrilled to commend and celebrate the gradual movement to recognize and celebrate children’s importance.
With a primary concern and long-term goal of providing a formidable support system that enables sustained access to impactful coaching and adequate resources required for children to live in maximum optimization of their potentials, our advocacies and interventions has provided an ample opportunity to derive knowledge through which we identify challenges faced by parents and guardians, and in this regard, we recognize with those striving hard to keep up with this shared responsibility, and therefore wih to extend our solidarity to them all, as we continue to work together in the resolve to breed generations of Purposeful and Dependable Community Builders nurtured with the right moulding in character and training in skills.
Similarly, and not to overlook some worrying reports of child abuse from immediate communities and all over globe, we are also by this felicitation message calling for more hands and efforts at realizing zero-tolerance for bullying of any sort which impacts the children in negative manners especially with damages on their self -esteem; at all times, the watchword must amongst other factores be about helping them (children) to recognize and secure their rights, seeking and mobilizing necessary resources for their welfare, and the vigilance of stakeholders to set the seal on uncompromised guiding measures for an ideal upbringing which every child deserves as pathway to living a worthy life anchored on valuable legacies.
