Avabee Pays WAEC Fees for Orphans in Adavi LGA, Set to Distribute Free JAMB Forms in Kogi Central

A former House of Assembly Aspirant, Matthew James Avabee, has paid West African Examination Council (WAEC) fees for eligible orphans in Adavi local government area of Kogi state.

Avabee, popularly known as Mr. Spreading, said his intervention is driven by his passion to motivate disadvantaged people in Kogi Central senatorial district on the importance of education.

Mr Spreading was represented at one of the recipients’ school, Tobert Memorial College Kuroko by the Project Coordinator of ‘Every Child Is Your Child Educational Initiative of Avabee’, Hon A. A. Okene alongside Hon. Subaru Isah, Councilor Idanuha ward in Adavi local government council and Comrade Audu Dauda 2Pac, a grassroot mobilizer, to present funds to the school management.

He appealed to individuals who have the means to adopt one child and pay their fees at this critical period.

Speaking on behalf of the leadership and management of the benefitting school, Elder Sunday Adagiri commended Avabee for his continuous impact in the educational sector across Kogi Central, urging other well-to-do individuals to emulate this gesture.

In the same vein, the aide to Kogi State speaker, Hon A. A. Okene, on behalf of Hon. Mathew Avabee (Spreading), used the medium to announce the next phase of the program which is free Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) form distribution for orphans across Kogi Central.

He announced that distribution of free JAMB forms will commence on the 10th of February.

Hon. Subaru Isah, Councilor Idanuha ward, Adavi local government council, commended Avabee for extending his kind gesture to the people at this critical period and not only restricting it to Okehi LG where he comes from.

Avabee is a former Speaker, Commonwealth Youth Leadership Parliament.
