Austin Okai Raises Alarm Over Threat To Kill Him by Agents of Kogi Govt (Video)

PDP Youth leader and social crusader, Comrade Usman Okai Austin has accused Kogi state government and its officials of concluded plans to eliminate him for not succumbing to series of persecutions been carried out to silence him.
In a media statement issued in Abuja to various law enforcement agencies, civil societies and pressure groups, Comrade Okai said the recent posting of his picture were he was stabbed to death on social media ‎by one, ‘Ibrahim M Okene’ was the handiwork of agents of the state hired to carry out the nefarious act by the office of the Chief of Staff to Kogi governor, Edward Onoja.
Okai said he has informed the police top hierarchy,‎ the DG DSS, NIA and other relevant security agencies to take the act as an planned act of murder by Kogi state government and those engaged work directly in the office of the Chief of Staff.
The social crusader said having escaped of series of assassination attempts and arrest over his criticisms of the maladministration in Kogi, this latest move is extra judicial.
“I was arrested, detained and charged to court by Kogi state government and yet wanted to take my life. This planned act is extra judicial”, he said.

Comrade Usman appealed to the law enforcement agencies ‎to protect him from the killer squad of Kogi State government as his freedom and safety was being trampled upon both within and outside the state by paid agents of Governor Yahaya Bello.

 

Popularly called the ‘Voice of the Masses’, Comrade Okai said he has written to all relevant human rights agencies ‎both within and outside the country to put the world on notice about his ordeal.

 

He said that the Kogi State state government and the law ‎enforcement agents in the state should be held responsible in the event of any negative development or act carried out against him directly or indirectly.
