Ametuo Donates Food Stuff to Orphanage Home

The Director and CEO of Niffy Place Boutique, Miss Naffy Ametuo, on Thursday, presented food stuff and other materials to an Deborah Orphanage Home in Inozomi area of Kogi state.
She explained that the gesture was also to show the compassionate side of her own way with a view to giving the less privileged and the mentally sick ones a sense of belonging.
Addressing the children, whose ages were between four months and 14 years, the great daughter of Ebiraland expressed hope that the visit would not only create a lasting impact in the memories of the children who could be seeing her for the first time, but would also help them choose a career path.
She commended the proprietress of the orphanage for taking care of the children, even as she assured that with her own little ways she will continue to ensure that such gesture would continue.
In her response, of the proprietress of Deborah Foundation Orphanage, Mrs Deborah, expressed appreciation for the donation, adding that the visit had changed her orientation about the gender perspective.
She said: “What we have come to do is to show love to those that need love. Out of the little way I have, I am here to show I care.
“If we look at what is happening in our society today, I believe children can have a better deal. Every child deserves quality education and a better life. Apart from the government, we all need to support underprivileged children in our midst.
“I have looked round some of the communities in Kogi Central senatorial district and i see the areas where I can make an impact and am glad to have found a lot of things I can do in my own little ways to help children in this regard. By the grace of God, I would utilise my resources to ensure that children in kogi central go to school and live a good life.”
She, however, called for donations from members of the public to improve the quality of education and living condition of children at the orphanage home.
She appreciated the support of Hon. Shuaibu Oricha, the Director General Kogi State Government House Administration for the support giving to her to see that this pet project come to reality.
