Alleged N36.2m Fraud: Tony Ogah Cleared by ICPC

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has cleared Mr Joseph Tony Ogah over his  September  08, 2015 indictment for his alleged involvement  in N36.2 million fraud.

Information gathered by this reporter had it that Mr Tony Ogah was said to have been vindicated by ICPC recent report on the 10th of April, 2018, after carrying out thorough investigations  and evaluations into the allegation leveled against him but find out that the allegation lack the requisites jurisprudential merit.
The Commission (ICPC) has since written to the Permanent Secretary of Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development asking for immediate reinstatement of Mr. Joseph Tony Ogah to office and to as well be paid all his salary’s arrears and other entitlements counting from the month of July, 2015 to date. 
The Ministry, in response to ICPC acknowledged the letter, promised the ministry’s total compliance and equally charged the body to beam up their anti-graft search light to help sanitized the system of corrupt practices.
