A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Otunba Olayemi Adeniyi has described Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Hon. Wemi Jones, as a pragmatic and dutiful public servant.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Thursday, Otunba Olayemi felicitated the Commissioner of the occasion of his birthday,
He praised Hon Wemi Jones for adding value to his office with his dedication and vision for a brighter Kogi state.
Otunba Olayemi noted that under the Commissioner’s supervision, the education sector in the state had witnessed massive development, including the establishment of two full fledged and functional state universities.
He added that the Model Science Schools built in different parts of the state was another feather to Hon. Wemi Jones’ loaded cap.
He commended the Commissioner for his dutiful approach to executing the state government’s projects and policies in the education sector, including the widely applauded free education policy.
He prayed that God grant the Commissioner more years in good health.
