2023 Action Alliance governorship candidate in Kogi state, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, has pledged to support the burial of Olori Marie Ige Owoniyi, the late wife of Obaro of Kabba.
Braimoh made this known when he paid a condolence visit to His Royal Majesty, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba and Chairman Okun Traditional Council in his palace in Kabba on Tuesday.
He condoled the monarch and sympathized with the royal family.
“Death is inevitable and we shall all die at our appointed time. Even though, losing a dear one to death is painful, I pray for eternal rest for the soul of your wife, Queen Marie and wish your family the strength to bear the loss,” he said.
The Obaro thanked Otunba Olayinka Braimoh and his entourage, acknowledging the inevitability of death.
“Thank you Braimoh and your team for coming. My entire family and I really appreciate your visit and we cannot thank you enough.
“As I pray for my dear wife’s soul, I wish you and your team safe journey back to your homes,” he said.
