The Chapel of Freedom International Churches, on Sunday, organized prayers for the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Makarfi IV to mark his one year on the throne.
Leading the prayers during Sunday service, Reverend Dr. Achegbulu said the church decided to come together to seek the face of God on how to bring peace and unity to Lokoja and move Nigeria forward.
According to him, it is a good thing for people to come together and pray, saying that such prayers can move mountain and bring healing to the land.

He called on the traditional rulers to be fervent in prayers, administer their domain with the fear of God, let God take over the land and avoid distractions of any kind.
Dr Achegbulu described church as a veritable stakeholder in governance, stressing that the church will never be tired in their prayer for Maigari so peace will continue to reign in the land and entire Kogi state.
He urged Christians to intensify their prayer for the unity, peace, let God be revealed to him and the progress of Lokoja and Nigeria in general.
Reverend Achegbulu prayed that God would grant the monarch wisdom and strength to carry out the responsibility bestowed upon him.
Also speaking during the church service and the prayer session, the General Overseer of Chapel of Freedom International Churches, Lokoja, Bishop John Ibenu said there is hope for every believer.
Bishop Ibenu who spoke on the topic: “Creating your own future with grace”, said God has a plan for us now and future.
He noted that every man’s problem is a product of disobedience, adding that salvation is only the beginning of grace.
