Hon. Musa Olumayowa Yakubu (MOY) has conveyed a message of goodwill to the Executive Administrator of the Public Service Institute, the Aremo of Iyamoye Kingdom, Alh. (Dr.) Abdulganiyu Obatoyinbo, in celebration of his birthday, referring to him as a living legend and expressing gratitude for his role as a positive influence for the youth in Iyamoye, Ijumu Local Government Area, Kogi State, and beyond.
