The All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), Kogi State branch, has congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy, Joel Oyibo Salifu, on their Supreme Court victory.
In a landmark judgement on Friday in Abuja, the Supreme Court of Nigeria, affirmed Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.
The ANCOPSS Kogi in a statement on Saturday in Lokoja, signed by its President, Comrade Suberu Jimoh Omananyi, described the judgement as a well deserved victory.
“All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS) Kogi State branch, on behalf of the State Exco and entire Principals of Public Secondary schools, congratulate His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy, Joel Oyibo Salifu, on their Supreme Court victory.
“We, in the Education sector, rejoice with you on your well-deserved victory at the Apex Court, affirming your victory as the duly elected Governor of our dear State.
“Your Excellency, we believe in your desire to continue to reposition education generally, particularly secondary education.
“ANCOPPS Kogi join the State Ministry of Education, led by the workerholic commissioner, Hon Wemi Jones; and STETSCOM Chairman Hon Paul Jibrin, in appreciating God for the development.
