The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Water Resources, Hon. Yahaya Adesayo Ismail, has described the State Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Planning, Asiwaju Asiru Idris, as a man of unquestionable integrity.
In a congratulatory message sent to our reporter in Lokoja on Wednesday to mark Asiru’s 46th birthday anniversary. Ismail said the Finance Commissioner has been a dutiful public officer who handles his assignments with great sense of patriotism.
The Governor’s Adviser stated that the banker turned politician has touched many lives across the state with his philanthropic gestures and sound wisdom.
“Today, I celebrate a brother, friend and senior colleague in the new direction government of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, Hon Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, the Bashorun Amuwajoye of Ogidi kingdom. Wishing you many happy returns as you live your days in peace and your years in prosperity. May God Almighty bless you with good health, peace of mind, serenity of heart, prosperity and happiness. May you continue to enjoy the rahman and sekina of Allah,” he said.
He urged Asiru to remain steadfast in his love for Almighty Allah, Governor Bello and the good people of Kogi state.
