The federal Lawmaker representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Hon. Lawal Idirisu has expressed his condolence to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State over the demise of his elder sister, Hajiya Rabiyat Bello.
Hon. Lawal in a condolence message, which he signed personally, expressed sadness over the untimely death of Rabiyat, described her death as sad and shocking.
Lawal said though her death has robbed the nation of her worthy enterprise, he however, urged the family to take solace in her short but good – legacy life that has impacted positively on her immediate environment.
He said, “Your Excellency, I received the news of the death of your dear sister with shock. And indeed it is quite painful.
“I earnestly identify with you and share in this loss and hours of grief. I understand how painful it is passing this road of grief.
“I pray that Allah gives you the fortitude to bear this pain and grant our beloved sister eternal rest in His bosom. May you never bear this kind of grief again. May your family not experience such agony again. May God put a long distance between your family and death.”
