Immediate past Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Umar Ahmed Imam has described the news of the death of Barr. Samuel Migbole as a rude shock.
Imam made this known while paying a condolence visit to the family of the late Senior Partner of Migbole & Co. Law Firm at their Oworo Estate home on Tuesday.
He described the deceased as “a friend. An honest and trusted one I have known ever.
“He was my political associate and confidant. He will surely be missed. A gentleman with inbuilt candour. Adieu my friend”.
The Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency aspirant who was visibly shaken by the death of his friend enjoined members of the deceased family to take solace in the good name and legacy he left behind as someone who believed in service to the people, the community and humanity.
Barr. Migbole Samuel was the Lokoja II State Constituency All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Assembly Candidate in 2015 and worked very closely with Rt. Hon. Umar Ahmed Imam before, during and after his election as Member representing Lokoja I State Constituency on the same platform.
