Member representing Idah Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Emmanuel Makoji Egwu has resolved to roll out ‘various infrastructural projects’ in all the four local governments of Idah Federal Constituency begin from early 2018.
Hon. Egwu made the disclosure during an extraordinary meeting with stakeholders of the PDP held at his Hilltop residence in Lokoja.
The House of Rep member was extensively commended by members of his constituency for sponsoring a high number of motions with immense benefits to the people his constituency. He was equally praised for influencing the enlistment of a number of youths from his constituency into the armed forces and federal MDAs.
His youth empowerment programmes, orphans and women support schemes, free WAEC/NECO registration and other numerous charity works carried out by Makoji Egwu Foundation were also described as highly commendable.
Hon. Egwu assured his constituents that a lot attention will be paid to infrastructure in his 2018 constituency projects.
“We have been able to achieve much despite operating as the opposition in the National Assembly. I will continue to work hard to ensure that all my campaign promises are achieved”, he said.
