Hon. Omofaiye Visits Security Agencies in Ijumu, Promises to Partner With Them

The lawmaker representing Ijumu constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, Honourable Victor Ade Omofaiye has pledged to partner with security agencies across Ijumu land.
Omofaiye made this known when he paid a courtesy visit on the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, Iyara Police Station and the officer in charge of the Director of State Security Service, DSS, in Ijumu Local Government Area.
Addressing the DPO in Iyara, Omofaiye commended the efforts of the security personnel posted to Ijumu for making Ijumu land crime free. He promised to partner with the security agencies morally and financially.

He called on the people of Ijumu to cooperate with the security agents in the area in order to guarantee the safety of lives and properties.

The DPO, Iyara Police Command and the head of DSS in Ijumu LGA praised Hon. Omofaiye for the great love he has for the people of Ijumu Kingdom. They urged him to maintain the high records of achievement he has made in less than 2 years at the State House of Assembly.
In a related development, the Kogi State Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Chafe has commended the Kogi State House of Assembly for being proactive in matters relating to the security challenges of the state.
He made the commendation while speaking to Assembly correspondents today shortly after meeting members of the State House of Assembly. The Police chief promised to make Kogi State crime free while warning criminals to pack their belongings from the state.
