Kogi State Governor, Capt. Idris Wada has been commended for his developmental strides in the state. He was praised for ensuring even spread of development in the nooks and crannies of the state.

The chairman, Omala Traditional Council and Ojogba of Ife, Chief Boniface Musa, made the declaration at his Palace in Abejukolo during a chat with The Graphic recently.

The royal father, who eulogised the governor’s transformation programmes which cut across all sectors of the economy, appealed to the people of the state to rally round him to succeed.

Chief Musa called on the people of his domain to be law- abiding and continue to live in peace and harmony.

In the same vein, the Onu Uje and Chairman Ibaji Traditional Council, Ajofe John Egwemi, urged Nigerians to be patriotic and committed to the cause of the nation’s unity and peace.

The royal father appealed to the state government to expedite action on the promise to dualise Ibaji-Onitsha and Idah-Ibaji- Enugu roads.

While pleading with the state government to look into other infrastructural needs of the people of the area, the royal father assured the present administration in the state of an unflinching support and solidarity of the Ibaji people.
