Engineer Oladapo Bayode Mekakase, the Director General of the Support Wada Again Movement, SWAM, has congratulated aspirants that emerged winners in Saturday’s PDP primary elections into the Kogi State House of Assembly for 2015.
SWAM, is a non-governmental organisation, with coalition of interest groups advocating and mobilising support for His Excellency Capt Idris Wada’s stay as Governor of Kogi State beyond 2016.
Mekakase, who spoke to newsmen on Tuesday, commended the state executive of the party for the free and fair conduct of primary polls.
The youthful activist advised the political aspirants to be magnanimous over their victories at the polls and urged them to rally-round the Kogi state governor Captain Idris Wada ahead of the gubernatorial polls in 2016.
He also further advised the aspirants to join hands with Capt Wada on his transformation agenda and warned them against thuggery which is one of Wada’s watchword since resuming office as governor.
