The residents of Abuga/Ozuja ward in Okene Local Government Area have thrown their weight behind the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the Local Government Council Elections scheduled for October 17, 2026.
The Accountant-General of Kogi State, Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko (FCNA, FCTI), led the APC Chairmanship Candidate for Okene LGA, Hon. Bello Tijani Manager, his running mate, councillorship candidates, the APC Okene LGA Chairman, party leaders, and other stakeholders for grassroots mobilization ahead of the Kogi State Local Government Election.
The turnout was massive and impressive as All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwarts, supporters, women, youth, community leaders, and party faithful came out en masse to reaffirm their support when the campaign team hit the Abuga/Ozuja ward.
In her goodwill message, the Accountant General of Kogi State, Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko, expressed her deep gratitude for the unwavering love and commitment shown toward the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko promised the residents of Abuga/Ozuja Ward that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s policy of inclusive government would definitely carry them along if the APC wins at the polls.
