There are seasons when strength becomes a disguise. You keep smiling, working and showing up, while somewhere beneath the surface, something inside you is quietly collapsing. You do not need pity. You need grace. And sometimes, you need someone to take your name before God.
When you kneel to pray, include me in that sacred conversation. Ask God to intervene in the places I cannot reach, open what human effort cannot open, and give direction where the road ahead has become uncertain. There are burdens that words cannot adequately explain, but prayer can carry them.
«“Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”
Galatians 6:2»

I am not asking anyone to only rescue me. I am asking for spiritual solidarity. There are moments when advice cannot penetrate the depth of a struggle and human strength reaches its boundary. In such moments, intercession becomes more than words. It becomes an act of love.
Some battles remain invisible because life demands composure. A person can encourage others while privately wrestling with exhaustion, uncertainty and fear. The world sees movement; God sees the weight behind it.
«“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
Psalm 46:1»
Pray that God will strengthen what is failing, illuminate what is unclear, restrain every desperate impulse and preserve what I cannot protect. May this season refine rather than ruin me, and may difficulty never become the architect of my decisions.
I may not have the language to explain everything I am carrying. I may simply continue because responsibilities do not pause when the heart is tired. But God understands what remains unspoken.
When you speak to heaven, mention my name. Ask for grace where strength ends, wisdom where clarity fails and divine intervention where human effort stops. I am not asking you to carry my life. Just help me place it before the One who can.
