The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon. Abdulrasak Segun Abdulkadri, following the transition of his father, Deacon David Lamidi Kadiri.
In a condolence message released on Wednesday, Ambassador Enikanolaiye described death as an inevitable end for all mortals, calling on the APC chieftain and his family to seek comfort and strength in God during this period of grief.
The Minister emphasized that the demise of the late patriarch represents a major loss not only to the immediate family, but to the entire community where he served faithfully.

“I was touched when I heard the sad news of the home call. As we all know, God is the giver of life, and He takes it whenever He likes,” Enikanolaiye stated. “Painful as the circumstance may be, I urge you to bear it in good faith. You must hold on to God and be a rallying point to other members of the family at a time like this.”
Paying tribute to the deceased’s legacy, the Minister added: “Without any doubts, Baba’s role will sorely be missed, especially in the family, the church, and the community at large. May his soul rest in peace, and may God grant you and your family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
