Hon. Adomu Muhammed Etudaiye (AME) is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the House of Representatives, representing the Good People of Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal Constituency. An accomplished businessman, politician, educator, social entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader. He is widely recognised for his consistent commitment to service, youth empowerment, and the socio-economic development of Ebira land.
Born on 23rd December 1978 in Okene, Kogi State, Hon. Adomu Muhammed Etudaiye hails from the respected and noble Etudaiye family, renowned for their enduring values of faith, discipline, public service, education, philanthropy and loyalty to the people.
He is happily married and blessed with lovely children.
His educational journey began at Ansar Ud Deen Primary School, Offa, Kwara State, where his outstanding academic performance earned him a scholarship into Government Senior Secondary Grammar School, Karaye, Kano State through the then Unity Programme for outstanding students from 19 northern states. Due to the prevailing religious and security challenges in parts of Kano State at the time, he later transferred to Offa Grammar School, Offa, Kwara State, where he completed his secondary school education in 1994.
He proceeded to the University of Ilorin, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry.
Driven by his passion for knowledge acquisition and excellence, he has continued to build on his academic and professional credentials through advanced studies and certifications, including qualifications in UK Chattered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy, and several other professional courses that have strengthened his leadership and management expertise.
By the grace of God, his hardworking skills and smartness earned him several worthy offers of work at various multinationals, serving in roles majoring in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing. His professional experience spans Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Sales & Marketing, Oil and Gas, Import and Export, Logistics and Distribution.
He worked at British American Tobacco from 2005 to 2009, before joining the then Etisalat Nigeria, where he served till end of 2010, and later moved to the oil industry where he served with Total Upstream Nig. Ltd for over 12 years.
After working successfully and rising to a senior cadre in the oil industry, he finally resigned and became the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of ET MARS LTD., a Supply Chain Company that provides services in Construction, Engineering, Warehousing, Distribution, Sales / Marketing, Procurement, Oil and Gas, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries. He currently owns the majority shares in the organization. The organization has been involved in sponsoring several educative, sports, youth, and health programs in his constituency and Ebira land in general.
As an individual and proud son of the soil, he has been involved in educational and health philanthropy at various levels, severally. He sponsors hundreds of indigent students with free SSCE and JAMB registrations every year and also provides some scholarship in higher institutions for some of them. In health, he has organised free medical outreach programmes for several indigents and is in the process of continuously improving the scheme coverage and standardisation.
He is easily described by his people as a peaceful gentleman and a silent achiever with too many unannounced philanthropic acts. They use phrases like ”the man that gives the right hand without the left hand’s knowledge” to describe him at home. The youth loves him and sees him as a role model that is easily accessible.
Leveraging on his very good relationships in the various organisations he has served in, Hon Etudaiye has successfully influenced the employment of several youths from his constituency. He also ensures he has a statewide distribution network through which many youths have been gainfully employed.
Through his business acumen and dexterity, he has also influenced the establishment of two different multinationals in Kogi State. These offices are staffed by many brilliant, well-trained youths from Ebira land. He is a very intentional entrepreneur who, through strategic business expansion and visionary leadership, has built enterprises that have contributed to employment generation and economic improvement of lives and by extension, the society.
