Kogi Varsity Expels Eight Students Over Exam Misconduct (Full List)

The Management of Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH) has announced the expulsion of EIGHT students of the institution for their involvement in examination malpractice.

The decision was ratified by the University Senate during its 30th Regular Meeting on Wednesday, 29th April 2026, in accordance with the university’s academic policies outlined in the Student Handbook (Page 33, Item 19).

In a statement signed by the Deputy Registrar (Academics), Mr. Eli Gbadufu, the affected students were found guilty of misconduct during the First Semester examinations of the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the press release, the students underwent thorough investigation by the Examination Misconduct Committee before the Senate endorsed the expulsion.

CUSTECH management emphasized its commitment to maintaining academic integrity and warned that such actions would be met with strict consequences.
