The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Durosinmi Meseko, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Gbenga Ibileye as he officially assumes office as the 4th Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL).
