Family Sets December 30–31 for Burial of Lady Knight Rebecca Tina Attah

The family of Pa Francis Damodu Attah, JP has announced the burial arrangements for Late Lady Knight Rebecca Tina Attah, who passed to glory last week at the age of 67.

According to the burial invitation posted by the eldest son of the family, Mr Awulu Attah, and sighted by this writer, the burial activities are scheduled to take place on December 30 and 31, 2025.

Members of the public are informed that the Requiem Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Anyigba, by 5.00 pm.

As part of the funeral programme, a Wake Keep and Night of Praise will follow later the same day at her residence at Ojuwo, Oganeaji, Anyigba, beginning at 7.00 pm.

The family further announced that the Funeral Mass will hold on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Anyigba, by 9.30 am, after which interment will take place immediately at her country home at Ememe-Efopa, Abocho, Dekina Local Government Area.

Late Mrs Rebecca Tina Attah was married to Pa Francis Damodu Attah, JP. She is survived by her husband, children, including Mr Awulu Attah, Abaro Attah, Okpanachi Attah, Ugwenya Attah, and Ukpene Attah and many grandchildren.

The family described the late Lady Knight Rebecca Tina Attah as a woman of strong faith, and deep devotion to family life. She was known for her commitment to the Catholic Church and her supportive role within her community, where she earned respect as a retired professional Teacher.
They expressed appreciation to relatives, friends, church members, and well wishers for the prayers, visits, and messages of condolence received since her passing.

The family invited members of the public to join them in giving her a fitting farewell and to continue to remember them in prayers as they bid final goodbye to a wife, mother, grandmother and matriarch whose memory will remain cherished.
