The Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Ayoade, has applauded the member representing Yagba Federal Constituency, Elder Leke Abejide for donating N710 million to 71 communities in Yagba land.
In a chat with newsmen on Friday, Mrs. Ayoade described the donation as first of its kind, and a proof of quality representation.
The SGS said the philanthropic gesture of Elder Abejide is uncommon in the history of Okun politics, describing him as the “divine leader for Yagba Federal Constituency”.
She recalled how the Federal Lawmaker supported the building of her orphanage home, Folashade Ayoade Initiative for Widows and Women.
She expressed satisfaction with the representation provided by Elder Abejide for the people of Yagba land, adding that he has written his name on gold in the heart of the people of the Constituency.
Mrs. Ayoade enjoined him to sustain his purposeful Leadership to the people of Yagba, assuring of her support and prayers for Elder Leke Abejide to keep succeeding.
