The Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has called on Christian faithful within and outside the institution to use this solemn and joyful season to reflect deeply on the collective responsibilities towards fostering peace, unity and the overall advancement of humanity.
In a statement on Thursday, Prof Salisu felicitated with Christians, people of Kogi state and Nigerians on the joyous occasion of 2025 Christmas.
“As we commemorate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, it is my earnest prayer that we continually draw inspiration from His life and teachings, and that we demonstrate unconditional love, empathy, tolerance and compassion in our relationships with one another.
“May the eternal love, peace and compassion exemplified by Jesus Christ remain our guiding light now and always.
“Once again, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and God’s abundant blessings throughout the Yuletide and the coming year,” he said.
