The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, has congratulated the Provost of the Kogi State College of Education (Technical), Mopa, Professor Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an academic of repute and a seasoned administrator.
