Dr. Folabora Bryhm has joined the people of Bassa-Nge in mourning the passing of their revered monarch, His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Dr. Abu Ali Mopa III.
Describing the shocking demise as heartbreaking, Dr. Folabora noted that HRH Abu Ali’s passing comes at a time when the people of Bassa and Kogi State needed his leadership the most.
He praised the late monarch as a mentor to the younger generation, recalling his distinguished service in the Nigerian Army and his long-standing commitment to guiding many towards achieving their goals across various institutions.
As a royal father, HRH Abu Ali upheld peace in Bassa, often resolving disputes with wisdom and offering thoughtful, effective solutions to complex challenges. His leadership, integrity, and dedication to unity remain exemplary.
Dr. Folabora prayed for the peaceful repose of the monarch’s soul and extended his sincere condolences to the people of Bassa-Nge, Bassa Local Government Area, and the immediate family He affirmed that HRH Abu Ali will forever be remembered and honoured daily across Bassa and Kogi State.
