The Deputy Governorship candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) on the 2023 Kogi gubernatorial election, Dr. Omede Idris, has expressed sadness over the passing of Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, father of Governor Ahmed Usman Usman.
Alhaji Momohsani Ododo died on Monday. He was 83 years old.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Dr. Omede noted that the deceased was a devout Muslim and leader, whose death is a significant loss not only to his immediate family but also to those who had the privilege of knowing him.
He sympathized with Governor Ododo and prayed that Allah grant the soul of Baba aljanah firdaus.
