Distinguished Senator Isah Jibrin (Echocho) has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, over the passing of his beloved father, Alhaji Momosani Ododo, who died at the age of 83.
In a statement issued his media aide, Mikail Ibrahim, on Monday evening, Senator Jibrin extended his sympathy to the Governor, the entire Ododo family, and the people of Kogi State on this great loss.
The lawmaker urged the Governor and other members of the family to take solace in the fact that the late Alhaji Momosani Ododo lived a fulfilled, impactful, and exemplary life worthy of emulation.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Kogi East, I commiserate with His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the transition of his beloved father, Alhaji Momosani Ododo.
“May Allah in His infinite mercy grant the departed Aljanat Firdaus and comfort the family he left behind to bear this irreparable loss,” Senator Jibrin prayed.
