Prince Abubakar Audu University Alumni Association has sympathized with the university management over sudden death of Mr Olabode Abimbola Ibikunle, a lecturer with the Social Science Education Department of the institution in a hotel in Anyigba.
The alumni association called on security agencies to carry out a thorough investigation on the sex scandal involving the said lecturer and a student in the hotel to avoid future occurence.
PAAU Alumni Association National President, Mallam Ibraheems Yahaya made this known to newsmen after the association’s national emergency exco meeting held in Lokoja.
The association enjoined the university management to also set up a high powered investigative committee to look into the matter and to sanction any body involved.
Mallam Yahaya called on students to maintain peace and harmony while the investigations continues.
