The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Water Resources, Alhaji Yahaya Adesayo Ismail has been appointed the Director General of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council in charge of Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency.
This was disclosed yesterday in a statement signed by the Director of Media and Publicity in the Federal Constituency, Femi Olugbemi and made available to newsmen in Kabba.
According to the statement, the critical stakeholders of the ruling All Progressives Congress in the Federal Constituency met over the weekend to ratify his appointment and other individuals who will serve in various directorates alongside with him to coordinate activities that will lead to the victory of Asiwaju Tinubu/Shettima and all other APC candidates for other elective positions in the area.
The statement further confirmed that other prominent party faithfuls that will work alongside with the heads of those directorates will be announced on or before Thursday, November 24 while the inauguration of the council will hold on Friday, 25th November, 2022.
He also noted that those who were already appointed at various levels of the campaign council will be automatic members in as much they are from the federal Constituency to synergise their activities that will ensure total victory for the ruling party.
He said the Local Government Executive Chairmen, Local Government Party Chairmen, Councilors, Ward Chairmen are automatic members of the campaign council.
