Youths across Okene/Ogori-Magongo federal constituency in Kogi state have been called upon to rally round and support Dr. Abdullahi Sanni Ozomata to represent their interest at the green chamber of the National Assembly.
A corps member, Momohjimoh Omeiza Sufyan, made the call while addressing stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress(APC) from the constituency over the weekend.
Omeiza noted that the enviable track record of Dr. Ozomata and his outstanding personality gives him an edge over other aspirants gunning for the same seat.
“I am intrigued by the personality of this young Doctor who have in many ways been a very good example for upcoming youths, his antecedents as well as his present efforts are worthy of emulation as such we must do everything to see him clinch a seat in the National Assembly to represent us and our interests as a people,” Omeiza said.
He passionately appealed to the stakeholders to rally round and raise funds to purchase the APC expression of interest and nomination forms for Dr. Ozomata as a way of showing solidarity and conviction to the aspirant which he believes will deliver if given the mandate.
Meanwhile members of Dr. Ozomata Support Group have also expressed optimism that the aspirant would win the 2023 House of Representatives election if given the platform to run for the office.
They have resolved to mobilize and raise funds to purchase the APC expression of interest and nomination forms for Dr. Abdullahi Sanni Ozomata as a way of showing total commitment to this noble course.
“As we gradually move towards the 2023 general elections and after thorough appraisal of current political trends in APC and INEC timetable released, we have decided to engage more prominent constituents, the academia, professional and religious leaders, youths and women on the need to elect a competent and reliable person with proven track record, intelligence, integrity, transparency and honesty in the person of Dr. Abdullahi Sanni Ozomata in order to realize the vision of uplifting and repositioning Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency”
