2019: Gov. Bello Has Proven Beyond Doubt That He Deserves a Second Term – Hon. Jethro Oni

Former House of Assembly member from Kabba-Bunu constituency, Hon. Jethro Funsho Oni has described Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello as a survivor of many titanic political skirmishes.
In a congratulatory message to Governor Bello on his second year in office, Hon. Jethro, popularly known as ‘Chop Chop’, said the governor has prove beyond reasonable doubt that he deserves continuity in office beyond 2019.
The former lawmaker called on Governor Bello to seek a second term in office.
“It is with utmost enthusiasm and pleasure to congratulate you on the commemoration of your second year in office as the executive governor of Kogi State.
“For me, it is with nobility and admiration I identify with you as a loyal compatriot, an outstanding leader, an affable personification of humanity a veteran of many wars, victor in uncountable fracas and survivor of many titanic political skirmishes.
“Your giant strides have been impactful in the lives of Kogites home and abroad which has continued to endear you to the people. On several fronts, you have served diligently, conscientiously and passionately. You are indeed a beacon to the glorious future of our great nation. His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that he deserves continuity beyond 2019.
“It is on this note and with a right sense of patriotism I wish to lend my voice with numerous Kogites to reiterate a salient call to the ever vibrant and digital governor to seek a second term in office to continue his good works, listing the achievements of His Excellency will be presenting a daunting challenge. His vehement position against despondency and nepotism that thrives in our land is worthy of emulation.
“I congratulate you on this momentous epoch just as I have implicit confidence that you will meticulously deliver on the mandate repose in you,” he said.
