I advise my fellow constituents in Ankpa-Omala-Olamaboro federal constituency to select the path of forward progress during the 2019 elections by voting massively for Hon Hassan Omale, member representing the constituency and African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the coming election.
I urge the good people of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro to perform their civic duties by voting with the best interest of our constituency at heart.
I opined that we have a choice to make. The choice we make will demonstrate the type of society we want. I select the path of forward progress for I have never recommended to the constituency or the State the awkward practice of walking backward.
We must exercise courage and vision. We must continue forward for the sake of our people and our posterity, we dare not retreat or regress.
As we are getting set for the next election to determine our collective fate, we can either chose to continue forward or return to the old ways that held us back for so long.
The ADC flag bearer has made progress in moving the constituency forward thereby raising the bar of quality and proper representation. This is a radical departure from the 3 former Representatives of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro great people.
There is still more to do and far to travel to become the society we yearned to be. Yet, we must also acknowledge that we have come a long way.
Let us recognize that Hon Hassan Omale has brought transparency and accountability in the Representatives business.
Hon Omale in less than 4 years and a first timer, has shown compassionate and competence by moving motions and bills meant for peace, development and good governance not only for Igalas but kogi and its neighboring states; providing massive motorized boreholes, electrification projects, solar energy, bridge and roads construction, renovation of existing Primary Health Care centers, construction of brand new hospital, payment of medical bills, donation of drugs and equipment, scholarships to students in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions.
His dividends of representation is unparalleled and unprecedented, a feat that earned him the nickname of “Mr Projects”.
Hundreds of constituents have been empowered with motorcycles, block moulding machines, hair dresser and barbing equipment, and training in skills acquisition.
Hon Omale, Mr Projects, have recorded significant breakthrough in the area of visible representation as his constituents troop to his office enmasse daily at National Assembly in search of recommendation letters to government Ministries, Departments and Agencies, apart from those that were provided with jobs directly. This is hitherto unattainable.
All these stewardship in representation cuts across the 3 local government without fear of favour.
A vote for Hon Hassan Omala, ADC candidate is a vote for moving forward.
