Infrastructural development essentially comprises of three critical stages; the construction stage, completion stage, and the commissioning stage (the three Cs).

In Kogi state, the situation is appalling, politically. People only see and hear about the first C, which is the construction stage, through paid sycophants led by the media team of the government, without hearing or seeing the remaining Cs that is completion and commissioning.

I was personally ashamed when the media team of the governor led by the Chief Press Secretary, Onogwu Muhammed Galacticus, were posting the achievements of their excellency on infrastructural development during the 3 years anniversary of the governor.

All we could hear was “…construction of so so kilometers of road, blallllaalala etc. I never saw where they wrote construction, completion and commissioning of so so kilometer of road by the governor.

Does it mean that the the political inclination of our governor is against completing and commissioning these projects awarded?

No wonder, from 2015 till date, Kogi state has the highest number of abandoned projects in the country. Project awarded, money embezzled, hence completion and commissioning becomes impossible.

Please, let the media team show us a project that has been commissioned by the governor, especially road construction projects.

It is very unfortunate we found ourselves in this unholy political alliance with looters and a fraud inclined administration.

In Kogi state, we need a serious and pragmatic government. A government that can initiate, complete and complete projects, not propagating Ghost Projects.

November 2019 is the ‘solution month’. ‘Yahaya Bello Must Go is the slogan.
