The Senior Special Adsiver on Special Duties to Kogi State Speaker, Hon. John Oniwaye Ogede1, has called on ward executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Iluke, Kabba-Bunu local government, to remain steadfast and loyal to the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello.
Ogede 1 made the call in Iluke on Tuesday when he, along side with his ward stakeholders, visited the ward executives.
While making cash donation to the ward executives, he said his visit was in the spirit of the yuletide.
During the meeting with the ward executives and stakeholders, Hon. Ogede1 stated that the reason for the visit is not for campaign rather it is in line with the directive of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello that all appointees should be his ambassadors at their respective levels and capacities.
Hon Ogede1 further noted that it is not only when we need vote that we are supposed to visit ward executives to put smile on their faces.
He stressed that improvement of people’s welfare is one of the key pillar in the administration of Governor Bello which is his motivating factor.
He charged the ward executives to key into the agenda of GYB2PYB movement.
In the reaction of Iluke Ward executives, they were happy for the visit as it was the first of its kind and promised to give the needed support for the party at all level when the time comes.
Hon. Ogede1 further extended his warm Christmas and New Year greetings to all the good people of Iluke ward on behalf of his boss, Rt. Hon Matthew Kolawole Olushola, Speaker Kogi State House of Assembly.
