Yakubu Oseni has emerged winner of All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial primary election conducted on the 4th October.
He polled 1100 to defeat five other aspirants who slugged it out with him.
With this victory, Alh. Oseni is set to test his strength against the candidates of PDP, Senator Ahmed Ogembe and that of SDP, Natasha Akpoti.
In his acceptance speech, Oseni thanked the Almighty God and expressed his appreciation to the governor of Kogi state, Alh. Yahaya Bello and other critical stakeholders of his party; he enjoined his supporters to be law-abiding and be magnanimous in victory.
