The dream of Yahaya Bello is not to make kogi a salary dependent state but an industrial hub .Through his vision via the kogi state development plan from 2022-2056. He has clearly outlined, calibrated and envisioned a kogi state that will be able to compete favourably with other developed state in Nigeria.
While leveraging on key infrastructural Projects like power, good roads, modern Schools, hospitals. His dream is simple: New direction. Changing the narratives. He know is not achievable by mere rhetorics, he has to invest in critical infrastructure like education and Agriculture. His prudent management of resources earned him a world bank award as the leading state in fiscal discipline and revenue mobilization in 2022, he would go and earned another award as the best Governor in security management in the same year from the federal government.
After earning awards in gender equity and women empowerment by top media organization in 2021. His dexterity and skill he brought to governance is top notch. Today, amongst committee of states in Nigeria, kogi state is not put at the sidelined. Our presence at the federal center table is glaring.
The latest milestone with the duo of kogi international Airport and Industrial park has further straightened his resolve to put kogi state potentials the amongst the state with the fastest, safest destination for investors. We all agree that that there is still enormous infrastructural gap to be breached especially in rural areas but while trying to address that we will not shy away from breaching our investment potentials which is achievable by addressing key infrastructural project that in short term will attract investment and investors.
I urge you all to support Alhaji Yahaya Bello for senator in 2027 because we really need to be at the center at all levels of governance. We know his capability, capacity and competence is never in doubt. Federal senator having a bond with the state Government will help the Governor to achieve more by removing all bureaucratic bottleneck that could decelerate timely completion of laudable investment drive.
