Yagba East: Sule Iroko Reacts to Postponement of Elections

The House of Assembly candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for Yagba East constituency, Hon. Abdulnafiu Sule Iroko has empathized with his supporters over the inconveniences caused by the postponement of elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

He urged them to remain calm despite but resolute in their determination to change the narrative in the constituency.

While reacting to the postponement of Saturday’s elections in his campaign office in Bagido Isanlu, Sule Iroko urged his teeming supporters who came to expressed their disappointment not to allow the news to weaken their morals, but to see it as an opportunity to work more in their respective localities to canvass for ADC candidates at all levels.

He urged them to be patient and remain resolute.

He further expressed the disappointment experienced by those who have traveled from far distance to Yagba land to exercise their right and civic duty despite their tight schedules and the economic hardship deliberately caused by our leaders as a result of their insensitivity to the plight of the people.

He told them that this is really an indication that they are interested in the progress and liberation of Yagba land and Kogi State at large.

He appealed to them not to relent but to come out en masse to vote on the new dates.
