The University of Nigeria, Nsukka is this week celebrating one of its own, as Dr. Obi-Anike Happiness Ozioma marks ten remarkable years of distinguished service as a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration.

Since joining the university on July 4, 2016, Dr. Obi-Anike has built a career defined by rigorous scholarship, dedicated mentorship, and an unrelenting commitment to raising the next generation of management scholars. Colleagues and students alike describe her as a teacher who leads by example, a researcher whose work has enriched the field of organizational management, and a mentor whose guidance extends well beyond the classroom.

Her decade of service has touched countless students who have passed through her care, many of whom credit her with shaping not just their academic competence but their intellectual confidence. As a supervisor of postgraduate research, she has overseen work across a range of management disciplines, bringing the same exacting standards to doctoral candidates that have come to define her own scholarship.

Ten years in academia is no small feat. It represents a decade of lectures delivered, papers reviewed, theses supervised, and young minds shaped. It is a milestone that speaks to consistency, patience, and a genuine love for the work of teaching and research.

As Dr. Obi-Anike reflects on this anniversary, the university community joins in celebrating not just what she has achieved, but the many students and colleagues she has helped shape along the way.

Congratulations to Dr. Obi-Anike Happiness Ozioma on ten years of distinguished academic service at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Signed
Yusuf M.A.,
